  • Participate in 6 ketamine assisted psychotherapy dosing sessions in a safe and medically supervised setting

  • Work within a structured IFS framework to explore protective and wounded parts with compassion

  • Learn grounded practices that strengthen emotional regulation, inner safety, and resilience

  • Experience preparation and integration sessions that help insights translate into real-life change

  • Share the journey with a small, supportive group committed to growth
