Hi, my name is Tony Lee. At Reunion, I support patients who have questions about their medications, are considering reducing or stopping a medication, or are looking for guidance on how their medications may fit alongside psychedelic-assisted therapy.

I’m a Registered Pharmacist and founder of AidRx, and I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. I have always been passionate about mental health and the role pharmacists can play in supporting patients between visits with their physician or psychiatrist.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and centered around your goals. I take the time to understand your medication history, past experiences, current concerns, and what you would like to work toward. This may include safe deprescribing, developing a gradual tapering plan, reducing medication burden where appropriate, working through side effects or withdrawal concerns, or helping clarify what medication options may make sense moving forward.

My goal is to help make medication decisions feel clearer and more manageable, while working closely with you and the rest of your care team throughout the process.
